School Supplies
Science Composition Notebook Pencils/Pens (black or blue) Paper Students are required to have a composition notebook to keep all their science notes in one place. Why do I ask for this? Staying organized is one of the biggest keys to success. Plus, your notes become a powerful study tool—especially because you’ll take a cumulative Final Exam at the end of the semester. A dedicated notebook helps you review efficiently. (Currently, students may leave their text book at home.)
Calculators
Recommended Calculators Any non-graphing Texas Instruments 30X, Casio FX, or Sharp EL, calculator that says "Scientific Calculator" will do fine. Students are encouraged to bring a non-graphing calculator to class. Quizzes and exams will have problem solving components on it where a calculator will be an invaluable tool. Students without a calculator on a quiz or exam will have to do the math the long way. PowerPoint Viewer
To view PowerPoint presentations, you will need to use the Google Suite on your Chromebook or download PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft. |
