1) Complete the Notes
Take notes & study the following videos on: Boyle's Law, Charles's Law, Gay-Lussac's Law, and Avogadro's Law. Be sure to add a few of the examples to your notes. I will stamp these notes tomorrow. (You will need headphones) 2) Extra Credit: After completing the notes above, you can work on one of the
following online research discussion topics to earn extra credit. Be sure to make at least two thought-provoking comments. If you have already completed your discussion on the topics below (last semester), you may use the same research and skip to #3 to complete your presentation: 1) Chemicals that Pollute (our cities & environment) 2) Chemistry of Plastics 3) Chemistry of Climate Change (actual link: http://www.turnitin.com then click on the "Discussion" tab) 3) FRIDAY PRESENTATIONS 1/31/20: Create a 1-3 Google Slide (PowerPoint or Prezi) presentation from the research above that includes: 1) A Title 2) Pictures and Data 3) Key information that summarizes what you learned from one of the online research discussion topics above 4) At least a full minute of solid information 4) If you finish early, rehearse your presentation, research and comment on another
discussion topics, or study your notes from #1 above. |
